I wonder if anyone could help me out with this one...

I have a FT-757 and recently bought it's matching FC-757AT antenna tuner.
The only problem is that it came without the matching interconnecting cable
(referred to as Connection Cable C T9101292 in my manual).

Does anyone have this cable that I may buy? I could certainly fabricate one
but the connectors seem Yaesu proprietary. If you have any information,
hints or guidance I would certainly appreciate it!
