Default Hardware question:

Do they make a 13.8v, 20-25 amp rechargeable power supply? I'm sure
this thing would be rather bulky, but I'm quite serious. I know that
I could use a 12v battery, but is there something ready made?
Furthermore, is there something available that doesn't need to be
fully discharged before it can be safely recharged? There MUST be
something, but I'd like to know which brand names, etc. And what
these devices are specifically called.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Go to any dealer who handles Deep Cylce batteries, They can be discharged
and recharged hundreds of times without ill effects. A car battery loses a
significant percentage of its llife each time it is fully discharged and
will be dead after before you get into double digits.
