Default ARRL's Incoming QSL Burro!

If you or anyone you know, has had or has had trouble with the
ARRL's QSL burro, Please e-mail me ASAP.

I'm getting jerked around and my section manager is dodging me.

I wanna send a complaint to Jim Haynie.

and I need help.

Thanks,

NIW

What kind of troubles are you having? Perhaps there are other steps that
you need to take first. If it is just slow QSLs, that's the nature of
things. Generally they won't send them out to you until there is enough to
do so.

Then send in your complaint.
Don't wait for others, what do you want a class action suit?

What is the nature of your problem, slow in-coming cards, no in-coming
cards, DX stations making fun of you? WhAT?

NIW,

Sorry to hear that you are having a problem, but my experience with the
ARRL's incoming bureau has been nothing but great.

The "8U" card manager (K8UPR) maintains a "bank account" process for
participating hams. It works like this: You send him money - no
self-addressed envelopes, just money {let's assume a starting balance of
$10.00}, and every time he sends you a batch of cards he deducts the cost of
the envelope and postage, and includes a "bank statement (starting balance -
expenses for this shipment = ending balance). If you needed a LARGE
envelope, he takes one of those off his shelf; if you only need a small one,
that's what he uses... and that's what you pay for... plus the exact cost of
shipping.

Even better - he has a published email address, and is prompt about
answering emails. I could not be happier.
