LARDASS Lloyd Davies aka "Arf! Arf!"
blathered in message ... "more lies Here's the letter, dumb****, word for word, do see if you canb spot the reason for the retest, beside the FCC perogative for doing so. And note, too, that the retest was PASSED, and later the license was upgraded. Something you haven't been able to do in over 10 years. You couldn't pass the Technician license exam TODAY if you had to. ------------ July 11, 2000 CERTIFIED MAIL--RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED Mr. Roger L. Wiseman 610 Glen Haven Avenue Glendale, WV 26038-1302 SUBJECT: Amateur Radio license KC8JBO Dear Mr. Wiseman: Pursuant to Section 97.519(d)(2) of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 97.519(d)(2), the Commission has the authority to re-administer any examination element previously administered by Volunteer Examiners (VE's). The Commission may either administer the examination itself, or under the supervision of a Volunteer Examiner Coordinator (VEC) or VE designated by the Commission. Accordingly, we are requiring you to re-take the General Class Amateur Examination, (Elements 2, 3(A) and 3(B)) under the supervision of an American Radio Relay League Volunteer Examiner Coordinator. This examination must be completed on or before September 11, 2000. The required code speed that you must demonstrate is 5 words per minute. Please be prepared to verify your current address and to present a photo identification. Pursuant to Commission rules, your license will be cancelled if you do not appear for re-examination. You will be granted an Amateur Radio license consistent with the elements you pass upon re-examination. Sincerely, W. Riley Hollingsworth Special Counsel, Amateur Radio Enforcement Bureau ------------------------------ blah blah blah "Overwhelming evidence," dumbass? This topic has been addressed many times before and each and every time it is brought forth, Roger spins his usual. He will challenge the poster to show where he was retested for having violated any FCC rules or regs. Yet the evidence is clearly there for all to see. No, he was not chosen at "random" as he likes to claim. See the above letter. Where does it say WHY other than the FCC's perogative was the reason for the retest, fatass? Yes, the FCC CAN ask any Ham licensee who was licensed under the VEC program to retest, but when was the last time you heard of that happening? Go to the ARRL web site, dumbass and to the FCC enforcement logs, they go back to 1999, there are quite a number of retests and canellations because some didn't show up to retest. Or can't you even read? Hollingsworth simply has too much to concern himself with and the idiotic claim that they "randomly" chose Wiseman for a retest is laughable at best. I'll bet he'll be interested once he reads your kiddie porn ad. The excerpts concerning the Wiseman debacle are easily found via several sources. The ARRL site is one such example. A Google search will yield each and every letter of warning for Malicious Interference by Wiseman...it takes only a few minutes to find. That's because there is only ONE letter, **** for brains. And it "alledges" interference, which doesn't prove a thing. Then there of course, it the preemptive letter which your buddy Gopher face recieved also. Didn't LRod explain this to you before? Or are you just too ****ing stupid for it to have soaked in your empty, Evinrude motor cover shaped skull the first time? but the bottom line is that he was forced to retest not randomly, but because Riley Hollingsworth was willing to rescind his Ham License if he failed to comply. Why didn't he say so in the letter? Nowhere does it say any license would be recinded. Hollingsworth would have no qualms to put that in the letter if it were so. Looks like you are blathering out of your ignorant fat ass again. [flush more of mentally ill retard Davies' blatherings] Poor mentally ill retard Lardass Lloyd Davies. He'll soon be back in the funny farm. He's tried suicide before, you know. |
