Since the current tracks take Frances to even near here by Saturday morning,
there won't be radio examinations in Melbourne this Saturday (9/4).

Possible Cat 4 storm on the horizon and people will have better things to do
than to get out in the wind for a test that will be available again next
month (and possibly at the Hamfest the next week.).
