The Ham Radio Deluxe Development Team is pleased to announce the
release of Ham Radio Deluxe v3.1b as of today.

The major changes are the addition of Icom PCR1000 support, improved sat
tracking for the FT-847, a re-vamped satellite tracking window - now
called Ground Control - a bandscope (use a narrow filter and fast AGC
for this option!) and Cabrillo format support for the logbook option.
Lots of other detail work has been carried out, and you will find full

I would like to say THANKS to the guys who have worked on Ham Radio
Deluxe. This is world class software, and it's freeware.
