Look on the Radio Amateurs of Canada web page.
http://www.rac.ca/service/allband.htm has the Canadian frequencies.
http://www.arrl.org/FandES/field/regulations/bandplan.html has the US
frequencies.

Radio manufactures probably publish this information somewhere as well.
