as has been suggested before, the m3 licence is seen by cb'ers as
the easy(lazy) way onto OUR BANDS and people associated with the
rsgb apparently cant seem to figure this out.

yes..but only lately...

its amazing how many b-licensees you can find on the cb newsgroup nowadays
speaking their knowledge and experience to the world :-)

easy...farcicially (!!) easy.

i'm told that young kids with only 1 hours practice in the club the night
before can pass the whoel lot without breaking into a sweat !!
