Default Manson Labs Sig Gen ?

I picked this nearly 100 pound boatanchor, whatever up at the Joplin
Hamfest. Several pics posted to alt.binaries.schematics.electronic. I
wonder if anyone can identify the Model No. and what it is, have a maual? I
think it might be an early attempt at a phase lock sig gen 2 to 30 Mcs using
tubes.
tnx
