communications use 'em. Relaying messages would seem to be a simple
thing. But if several hundred people do the relaying without any
training, I'd bet that the message will look a little different at the
end as compared to just one or two relays by trained people.

Wrong....Markey told me that he heard that MSNBC relayed all sorts of
messages and they came out perfect.
