Echo link with Bellsouth DSL

Are you using the Westell 327W wireless router? If so, how are you
accessing the firewall software in the router to turn on the udp ports?
I see all the answers, but none pertains to the elusive access to the
router to be able to accomplish this task.
Several emails to Bellsouth go unanswered

My symptoms are the same, I can see everyone, but can't connect.
