Default TS 870 power out - should i worry ?

Hi Everyone,

Just bought a TS 870 S - and it seems great, with one exception,.
TX current consumption..

on most bands the current is near 20A max, but on some bands (20m 17m
80m)
the current (full FM carrier or whistle) is, at lowest some 14A.

the RF power meter shows 100w of course, and the rig seems immaculate,
and
really looks untampered with.
i know this may mean effectively only a couple of dB less from 100w,
but its
niggling me,
Have i bought a 'LEMON' or should i worry ? or could i fix it ?
i dont intend to use a amp either.
Advice appreciated...
Thanks, Mark.
