All you sissy hams will hate these so just igno

1: No more automatic renewal. Individuals must retest and pass all
elements required for their license class every ten years.

2: The passing score for written exams needs to be raised to 85%.

3: Code element should be 13 wpm for General, and 20 wpm for Extra.

4: Make the no-code Tech license, one year non-renewable.

That's it. :-)

I know the ARRL will never go for it though. It would cut too deeply into
their corporate profits.

73, Thanks for reading.

You can all go back to jamming and flaming each other now.

If you think that would worry me, guess again.

How about no more multiple guess and make it fill in the blank (answers
accurate to 4 places) for theory?

How about draw schematics?

Could consider raising Extra to 25 words per minute like the 1st class
radiotelegraph license was. Oh, and no fill in blanks - perfect copy for
one minute out of a five minute session.

I wouldn't suggest it as it would discourage new folks, but I'd be willing
to take the above ....

With all due regards from Rochester, NY
