You're looking to get into a LOT of trouble by selling these things *If*
they happen to work at all! If they are no longer fit for service, they
should be destroyed. I'm sure the local Civil Air Patrol would LOVE to have
to chase down a non-emergency ELT--as if they don't have enough that crap
now! There are a number of instances of people being cited/fined for
unintentionally activating one of these things by FCC. To each his own, but
*I* wouldn't touch 'em with a 10 foot pole!
