OGL has not a legal foot upon which to stand. The burden of proof is upon
Todd's shoulders and he will have to substantiate his accusations with
verifiable facts garnered via subpoena.
Accusations, no matter how verifiable Todd claims them to be, MUST be backed
up via legal standards that Todd is not likely to pursue.
So, Todd, the ball is in your court. Either hire an attorney to pursue your
accusations and antagonists, or shut up and stop crying that someone is
violating your copyrights.
Nobody is "going to jail for a long time", Todd. Or at least not any of your
antagonists. If I were you, Todd, I'd be worried more about YOU going to
jail for your kiddie porn. You have more to fear from law enforcement than
your detractors.
If anybody is looking at going to jail, it is you.

Communication Act of 1934. If they don't get you for that, they will
get you for Idenity theft which is crime in the United States. At any
