Good IC-based CW transmitter/reciever?

I've been doing some browsing on the net, but I'm having trouble
finding a schematic for a good IC-based transmitter/reciever for CW (or
RTTY, AMTOR, etc). Does anyone know of a good circuit/schematic for
this?
