Certainly I can. And you can too if you like.

For example, try getting the FCC to shut down a 500 KV power
transmission line because it's interfering with your ham radio
communications. This has been tried and the FCC's response is "That
would not be in the public interest". This actually happened.

A clear violation of the rules, but he who makes the rules can also
violate the rules.

And the word is spelled "scenario", DumbGuy.
