What is wrong with Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada

FedEx SUCKS for Alaska delivery..... Lost a Laptop to there system, no refund, or claim was ever paid. got a letter from the Manager saying, "So Sorry for your loss, I feel your pain." I'd like to give him a bit of my pain, right in the ***........ |
