Saturday I found an electronics kit at a yard sale I was an unassembled all
in the box AA5 receiver. Looks lie it is some kind of educationa kit. It was
all in the box but it did not include the cabinet just the chassis and
parts. I was thinking of assembly it on a larger chassis and then begin
making mods on it. I am thinking more IF stages, mechanical or xtal filter,
xternal VFO( my sig gen) BFO any other ideas on what you could do with one
of these.Of course adding a transformer.
