Default Need 2SC1971 transistor in TO-220

I have a DSW-II-20 QRP rig that needs a replacement RF power
transistor type 2SC1971 in a TO-220 package.

I have looked at places I order from like Mouser, Digikey, Newark, but
they do not have it. I need only a quantity of one but will buy 2.

Does anyone know of a source?

Thanks for the replies. I was also able to contact K1SWL, who designed
and sold the DSW-II units. He said the 2SC1971 is now obsolete.and he
is currently supplying the MRF261 in its place.
