Default SMT replacement for BF244/BF245/BF247

Hi OM's,

could someone please tell my the SMT replacement transistors
for the mentioned parts in the subject line.

BF545 is somewhat similar, though notably lower gfs. MMBF4416 is
probably closer. If you go to the ON Semiconductor web site, you'll
find you can get to a selection table for JFETs. There are several
(mostly MMBF* numbers) SMT parts with characteristics similar to the
BF245A/B/C series. I suppose NXP (Philips' spun-off semiconductor
supplier) has similar on their website.
