Default T/R sw for power amp

Contemplating the construction of a medium size SSPA (~800w) and found a
few schematics on the net that seem good. However, I'm not finding
anything other than relays being used for T/R switches.

How are all the major manufactures providing T/R switches and claiming QSK
operation? Are they using PIN diodes? If so, anybody have a link?
