AY11 or AEY12 tunnel diodes

They used to be "common as muck", and I bought loads of them from Henrys
Radio, (202 Edgeware st, London). But that was more than a couple of years
ago, since then I have moved house several times, moved country, had a
divorce and had all my belongings stolen.

Does anyone have any AEY11 or AEY12 tunnel diodes left? I cant seem to find
a supplier anymore.
