Default 144mhz Front-End with output at 10.7MHz

Anyone know of a 144Mhz front-end circuit with the output at 10.7Mhz?

Or a good 144Mhz front-end circuit that can be altered to output at 10.7Mhz?

I've got a complete homebrew RX, (PMR parts) but I do wonder if I could do
to change the front-end from xtal control to a tuneable front-end.
