Does anyone know anything about Voice above or over ip provider?

He didn't say the voices were coming out his speakers. How else is audio voices coming out the back of his computer? And through out his house? The result may be strong enough to activate computer or stereo speakers or the little transducer on dial-up modem cards or even metal flashing in the house. |
