Default HP54100A gift

I was given a used HP54100A scope. It seems to work, but I'm still
trying to figure out how to use it. Seems to be able to display and
measure frequency output of my grid dip meter up to 200MHz, I think this
unit is good to 300-500MHz? Anybody ever use one of these before? Also
I only have the 50 ohm input modules, I understand a 1Meg ohm input can
be had with the 54003A, any ideas what those would cost?
(I think this scope was made up until the late '80's or early '90's.
