Based upon his further childish outbursts, the answers would seem
to be, "Yes", and, "No".

You ought not use so many big words in one sentence, he might not understand what you are trying to say and I don't think he has anyone to interpret it for him.
Maybe you could buy him a box of crayons so he can stay in his room and draw on the walls, and won't have to post so many attacks on others.
