One of the best reference books for just about everything
dealing in electronics, is an older copy of the ARRL, Amateur
Radio Handbook. The older ones are the best as far as I am concerned.
Try used book stores, amateur radio flea markets etc. Hardly a day
goes
by that I am not looking up something in one of the 5 that I have.
