UHF 70cm receiver schematic

I'm looking for a 70cm receiver schematics. Nothing fancy just
something simple that works.

Does mode matter?

Regular FM voice I guess for listening into 70cm repeaters/simplex freqs.

YOu should be able to pick up a used scanner that has the 440 band on it
cheaper than you can build anything.
