Default IC Chips

hello all,

in a recent move, (from my former estate) i found a bunch of
stuff i got from a radio shack "store cleaning" deal. alot of it is
leds and such, but i have several ic chips and was wanting to hear if
anyone is familiar with them and if so, could suggest some projects
for them. i am just gonna list what i have. if i have excess and
someone needs one, drop me a line. will gladly drop it in the mail.

8 74HCT163 presettable synchronous 4 bit binary counter

1 74HCT138 3-8 line decoder/demultiplexer; inverting
1 74HCT00 quad2-input nand gate
4 74HCT02 quad 2-input nor gate

now, i am about to "wow" you out of the chair. i am limited in
the tech department (shameful, isn't it?) will entertain any use.
