So today I had a relaxing morning building the kit. Everything is going
according to the notes; except I don't have any output at
all.

I checked the voltages (12 and 5), current draw (93 mA), temperatures of
the chips (warm to touch), and I could see bits going in
from SETFREQ.

I just have an Optascope (max 100 KHz), so I tried loading in a frequency
of 10 KHz, but I don't see anything on the output.

Has anyone else built one? What can I check next?
