Default Datasheet info wanted

Having surfed for a datasheet for a Mitsubishi PA unit named M57741,
all I found was "pay-only" info.

If someone know where to find it, I would like to hear :-)

OM LA8AK seems to know a thing or two about how to use the M57741,
so you could try this page of his site.

no, not really, I suffered the same information problems, but - you
know - most such devices are almost equal, so if you have an old
Motorola, RCA or Philips data book and look at the connections in an
application you can extract a lot of info and don't need to have exact
info. Often the gain is higher, so when the manufacturer says it needs
100mV it may sometimes work perfectly well on 10mW, and when they say
that Vc1 and Vc2 should be 12V, you may even key Vc1 or put a
potmeter in series to adjust the output, but electrolytics on the
supply voltages seem important to avoid spurious

===========================================
From Mainline Electronics -Leicester /Mitsubishi catalogue here it goes :
M57741UL 135-148 MHz ,Po=28W, Gp=21.4dB, Pin=200mW, Vcc=12.5V, Pin=3.3 ?
M57741L 148-160 MHz , 30 ditto
M57741M 156-168 MHz , 28 ditto

Don't know what Pin (no dimension) =3.3 means ,perhaps idle power without
input signal.
Since Vbb is not specified a note says that the power modules are NOT
suitable for SSB operation .
Package outline code : H2 ,showing dimensions and 4 wire connections ( no
connection designations included)

For max. Vcc=17 V ,Pout is 35W
However personal experience with this range of power modules is that to
ensure reliable long term operation it is better to operate them below their
rated specs.
Example: A 25 W module used in a 2m Packet Radio BBS transceiver (FM) which
operates on a 24/7 basis has been set for 10 W operation. This is 4dB down
or just over half an S-point on rx.
