But now I try to remember which transistors they were, I not so sure about the BC548 bit. Childhood memories can be very unreliable! I vaguely remember it. Norelco is a Philips trade name, it seems to be used now for their shavers in the US. It probably used Mullard devices (Mullard was taken over by Philips).
