Does anyone have any schematics or recommendations for such for
building a WWV receiver? I can't afford to buy one due to
disability-related medical expenses, but I could afford to build one
with some help. The help I can get. The schematic I have not. Can you
please help? Thank you very much.~~Ray

On pages 75-76 of 73 Magazine for some month ending in "ER" in 1971
(I can't be more specific; years ago I tore the article from
the magazine and punched holes so I could put it in a three-ring
binder. The bottom hole wipped out the rest of the month name!)
is an article "Converting the AC/DC for WWV" by John S. Hollar, Jr.,
W3JJU. The "AC/DC" was also known as an "All American Five".

In the article, Mr. Hollar described how he rebuilt the converter
circuit to receive WWV at 10MHz; he said it worked fine in Pennsylvania,
even during daylight hours.
