The nice thing about the synchronous serial interface is that the
transmitter can clock data out at whatever speed it wants to -- so you can bit-bang with the PIC with no problem. You may want to check if your flavor of PIC has an SPI port -- they're designed to implement just that kind of interface. -- Tim Wescott, KG7LI "Y" wrote in message ... Greetings!
