I need good schematic of audio noise reduction filter (for my home-made HF
transceiver). I tried with many of diferent DSP filter softwares, but they
have some delay which made problems during contests.

So, if someone can help me with good schematic of noise reduction filter, I
will be grateful.

(More preferable schematic without DSP IC's, because I have problem to bay
them in my country).

What specific sorts of noise are you trying to reduce? It matters,
quite a great deal.

The circuitry needed for an impulse-noise reduction circuit ("noise
blanker") is going to be a lot different than the circuit needed to
notch out narrowband interference (heterodynes or spurious-signal
"birdies"), and both of these will be a lot different than what you'd
need for a multisegment broadband audio noise reducer.
