Storbe light when phone rings

Does anyone have a schematic for once of those strobe circuits that will
flash when the phone rings. I want to make one for my workshop where it's
very noisy at times and I don't hear the phone.

Thanks

Keith

Keith,

I have a commercial (AT&T?) device in a sealed package that turns an
outlet/lamp on when the phone rings. Don't believe it has a schematic though.

Buy one at Radio Shack for about $10. I got one for my very hard of
hearing M-I-L who really loved it. I rigged a light next to her TV. When
it flashed, she answered the phone. Her hearing aid was designed to
receive signals from an inductive ear piece in the phone.
