Use a Variac if you have one or improvise. I have had excellent luck going
up in 10 volt steps on the AC side going from zero to 120VAC with an hour or
2 at each level. In additIon I let the unit cool for about the same time
between voltage increases. After each level feel the capacitor and see if
it's getting warm as this usually means it's done for but sometimes smaller
steps in voltage increase and longer cooling intervals may increase your
luck, the electolyte runs out of luck and becomes too dry to reform! If the
unit has tube rectifiers they won't start to conduct till you reach about
60% so you'll not have as nice a transistion as you would with solid state.
Try it as yoiu've nothing to lose except some time. Units that have no
signs of leakage have reformed and in many cases worked well for years but
the odd will fail at the least desireable time.

I have a powersupply which have been stored for 15 years.
Now I want to use it. But I think the high volt(500 V) capacitors
need to be refreshed (right word?). (To slowly increase the voltage.)

Questions are for ex.: how fast, how long time at each level.
Cant find any info on the net or in the handbook.
Is there any info on the net ? Or here ?
