Default unknown part labeled SGH 02

Hi OM's,

I need some help to identify a kind of communication ic,
I found on a surplus market last weekend.

I get a box of them and it's looks like a high quality part.

The part is labeled as

SGH XX 01.03 long number

where XX means:

02,03,05,07,08,09,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,
21,22,23,24,26,27,28,29,30,31,35,36,50


marked with a blue dot on the case

18 Pin in square 2x4 and 2x5

The case is made of metal 34 mm x 21 mm x 20 mm
in size.

Have someone an idea which kind of ic could this
be? (for an oscillator it has to much pins)
