![]() "Troglodite" wrote in message ... ...BTW, don't those pill bottles make wonderful coil forms? Nice high Q. Good for storing small hardware, transistors, all the stuff we used to use baby food jars for in the old days. Works well with plastic 35mm film cans as well... Carefully drill a hole in the top the size of your coax - snug fit. If its one of those fancy adult-proof tops, this may not be good. Go to a film can. Cut a slit from the hole to the edge, with the trusty ole' Exacto knife. Slip coax into hole via slit, connector towards indside of top. Pull coax so connector is up against top. Snap cover onto container. Hopefully this is useful in some way... -- Steve N, K,9;d, c. i My email has no u's. |
