Default Tayloe detector and undersampling

Hi.

Does Tayloe detector work for undersampling of IF signals ? I have a signal
of 45Mhz that I want to "translate" to baseband, sample it and take I and Q
for processing.

Thanks

IIRC, Bob McGwier has done this for the 144 MHz band. This
was as part of a Gerald Youngblood software defined radio. Bob said that
(of course) losses were greater.
