Data for MRA 280 UHF power transistor (50W 600-1000MHz)

Hi

any idea where I could find data for MRA-280 UHF power transistor (48V
supply voltage)? Need only data to see if it is possible to use on
1296MHz band. Beleive it could be customers marked device
