The latest I've seen is 9.7. It will support the 2754/P, but you may
need to experiment with the DIP switches.

Still the 1st LO fails to lock sometimes (it seldom happens) at low
frequencies and when the
instrument is cold.....

Trying to fix it......

That's a fairly-common problem, and I've never been able to nail it
down. Good luck, and please report back if you discover the secret.
