I'd like to build a 6m SSB amp that uses about 10-14
watts of drive and delivers at least 100w.

Anyone know of plans online for one?

======================
Suggest you have a look at an article in QST-October 1990 ,pages 18 - 21
Title : " A compact brick for 6 meters"
Author : Pat Bunn , N4LTA

Gain : 10 dB Input : 10 Watts A single RF power transistor is
used : MRF492 ( NPN) (perhaps a bit dated ,but readily replaceable by a
current type.

Power supply for the unit : 13.8 V-DC Unit is shown as sitting in a
diecast enclosure with a large heatsink.

Good Luck
