Default scales or pointers for 1/4" shafts ?

I know where to find good reduction drives
and calibrated SMD knobs
for 1/4' shaft variables and pots...

BUT

....I have never found any ready to buy
scale disk or pointer to mount on a 1/4" shaft
of e.g. caps with built in reduction drives.

These must allow the shaft all the way through
so a knob can be mounted on the tip of the shaft.

When I needed one, I drull (*) through a regular knob and superglued a
disk or aluminum hand to the bottom of it, and quite disliked it.

I saw this kind of pointers on several kits etc.
and if reduction caps exist,
pointers or scaledisks must exist too,
but where can I buy some?

TIA

(*) I like to hack up radios, but I also like to mod my verbs. "to
drill" sounds so much better in the irregular "to drill, drull, drult"
