Default 1SV80 PIN diode info

Hi folks,
I am just finishing up a Ten-Tec Model 1254 receiver.
Originally, this unit used these devices, but now, they have thrown in some
substitute.
Does anybody know what the on resistance and minority carrier lifetime of
this device is? I've got a batch of 1N5767s, which have a minority carrier
lifetime of 1.5uSec. How do they compare? Can I use the 1N5767s in place of
the Ten-Tec diodes?

Pete
