PIC SWR meter - help!!!!!!!!!!

I'm looking for AA4FB' Project ,,PIC SWR meter". I find soft, but
I don't know where find a description, schematic and PCB. Could
anybody send me by mail these elements of this project.
ps.
This project is in ARRL archive, but only for members.
