BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
If that's not basic I'd like to know what is.

I have to agree Frank, the fundamental reason why a wire has inductance is a
very basic fact, I believe taught at KS3 science.

Makes you wonder about degrees from the UoE, does it not?

Now we know that you're a L.I.A.R. - the formula
to calculate the inductance of a short and straight
piece of wire simply is not taught in schools.

For someone who _BOASTS_ as much as you do about
your self-perceived importance to the world
of education, you are taking a very peculiar attitude
to the recommendation for a book to take Radio
Hams onwards. This should be an area for you to take
a lead, but your behaviour is suggestive of a loser
and not of a leader.

Sour grapes, perhaps, that you did not make the
recommendation yourself?

Does this appalling mental derangement of yours feature in
your behaviour in the classroom in Strood? Do you
sneer in the same way towards your pupils? What if
members of your school radio club were to read this NG,
what would they think of you? What would they think
of your cowardliness and laziness about the 12 WPM
Morse test and the way in which you opted for a test
aimed at 6-year-olds? Would you become as much
a laughing stock in the school as you are on here?

What would their
parents think of you if they were to peruse the
archives of this NG for the time that you were
under training at a girls' school, of all places, and
when you were publishing repeated offensive materials
about sheep shagging? Would there be an outcry? I have described
your behaviour to 3 people whom I know to be school teachers
and shown them what you published. All, without exception,
said that you are unsuitable to be a school teacher.

Your rather silly and infantile sneering below is a
further illustration of a sick, sick mind. Perhaps
it is time that you resigned from teaching?

That you sneer at attempts to introduce Radio Hams to
materials for advancement is a very good illustration
of why anybody who holds, or who has ever held, a licence
issued under the gangrenous degeneration that is the M3/CB
Fools' Licence scheme will _NEVER_ make it into the
ranks of _REAL_ Radio Hams.

It is also an indication of by how much you have
prostituted yourself in your crusade to compensate
for your well-deserved inferiority complex - you are
the arse-licker of an irrelevant commercial book publisher
and the book under recommendation was not published by them,
and so you attempt to bad-mouth it.

As it happens, Chris Bowick wrote the book as a condensation
of his experience as a designer of professional RF circuits.
(And, no, he did not get sacked for incompetence from a "South
Coast Defence Manufacturer). He also holds the call WB4UHY (not
one of the dog-turd M3 series such as M3OSN) and lists flying
as one of his pursuits. (Wasn't that something else that you flunked
yourself?)

You are a hypocrite, sir, you have no real interest in the
education of Radio Hams unless you yourself perceive a
personal benefit of some kind.

In fact Brian, you have blundered _B-I-G_ _T-I-M-E_

Without reading it and without being aware of any
of its contents, you have dismissed, as being worse than
a schoolbook, the concise presentation of a professional
RF engineer.

Are all of your pronouncements into this NG based on
such ignorance? Are you the master of spin-doctoring,
of bull-****ting and of downright lying? Are we to take
any and everything that you say from this point on with
a pinch of salt? How will we be able to tell whether
anything you claim from now on is made up on the spur
of the moment as were your uninformed comments about
Chris Bowick's book or whether based on truth?

You silly, silly fool.

As it happens, I think that you have illustrated so
well Walt's view of you.....

I've never encountered anyone else who is
such a master of the thinly-veiled jibe and
the "I'm superior to you" innuendo in every
situation

If that is your admission that it is your intention
to stir things up, then your behaviour is shameful.

Is it not enough for you that you subjected me and my family
to a two-year period of grossly offensive remarks
about sheep-shagging, and then, when you were outed
by the suggestion that such behaviour meant that you
were unsuited to being a school teacher
that you made malicious, misleading and therefore
perjurous complaints to the plods that caused a great
deal of further distress to me and my family?

Is it not enough for you that one plod is now facing a
criminal prosecution for assault and that a further 54
complaints are outstanding against other plods as the
direct result of you inciting them with your lies?

Was this shameful behaviour insufficient for you that
you must now continue with your infantile jibes, with
your stated deliberate intention as quoted below?

There remains no doubt that because of your publicly-expressed
obsession with sheep-shagging that you are a danger to children
and that under no circumstances should you be employed as a
teacher of mathematics in Strood, Kent, or, indeed, in any other place.

For the last and final time, I invite you to publicly and
unconditionally retract and apologise for your scurrilous
remarks about sheep-shagging and your other remarks about
drinking methylated spirit. I urge you to do this whilst
you still have a free choice in the matter.

I will not ask you again, but if you do not retract and
apologise then I will seek redress from you by
means that are legal and decent, concepts that seem
to be quite alien to you.
