Terrell Central Florida Mike - That is a fairly standard IP address usage for DOCSIS 1.0/2.0 compliant cable modems. The Linksys and Motorola modems also use these addresses as a default. You can look at the statistics on some of these modems, however the firmware and configuration files for various cable modems are only uploaded from the head-end of the cable system's equipment.
