C6 - BAHAMAS, NA-001
The Great Bahama Bank Group (NA-001) will be activated in CW, SSB and
RTTY on 160-10m by C6DX (Joe,W8GEX, and Joe,AA4NN), C6AYL (W8CAA) and
C6AAA (Carl Smith,N4AA, who is on his first DXpedition) from Apr 17-24.
QSL cards for C6DX and C6AYL are managed by W8GEX, C6AAA via N4AA.

CN - MOROCCO, AF-065
A group of Italian hams will show up from Mogador Island (AF-065) from
Apr 18-26. These calls will be used (with QSL managers in brackets):
5C2A (IK2AQZ), 5C2B (IS0AGY), 5C2C (IK6CAC), 5C2F (I2FUG),
5C2G (IZ7GWZ), 5C2J (IK7JWX), 5C2L (I8LWL), 5C2SG (IZ7ATN),
5C2Y (I0SNY direct or EA4URE via bureau) and 5C2Z (I8YGZ).
Bureau QSLs may be requested via:

Their activities will take place on following frequencies:
CW - 1825, 3525, 7025, 10115, 14025, 18075, 21025, 24895, 28025 kHz;
SSB - 1845, 3775, 7055, 14255, 18145, 21255, 24955, 28455 kHz;
RTTY - 3585, 7040, 10145, 14085, 18100, 21085, 24920, 28085 kHz;
PSK31 - 3595, 7040, 10145, 18100, 21075, 24915, 28075 kHz.

JT - MONGOLIA
JH1AWN, JA7AGO, JA7LU and JA7ZP will stay in Ulaanbator from Apr 21-28.
They will put up two stations (one at the clubstation JT1KAA and the
other one at the Amure hotel) to work on 160-6m with these calls:
JT1AWN (JH1AWN): CW
JT1AGO (JA7AGO): SSB and CW
JT1LU (JA7LU): SSB, RTTY, PSK31
JT1ZP (JA7ZP): SSB, CW, RTTY, PSK31
QSLs via their homecalls (also via JARL bureau).

JW - SVALBARD, EU-026
Francois,JW/F8DVD, will be QRV again in CW and SSB on all bands from
Spitsbergen (EU-026) from Apr 19-25. QSL via F8DVD (also via REF buro).

S2 - BANGLADESH
Ramon,DU1UGZ, is staying in Dhaka since Apr 12 and plans to leave
around Jun 20. His callsign is S21UGZ and he will work in SSB and RTTY
mainly on 40m/80m. He has a dipole for the lowbands and a beam for 10m/
12m/15m/17m/20m. He hopes to have an amplifier available in May.

VP9 - BERMUDA ISLANDS, NA-005
Paul,G4BKI, hits the airwaves as VP9KF from Hamilton Parish (NA-005)

ZF - CAYMAN ISLANDS, NA-016
Sharon,K7WZB, and Garry,K9WZB, will stay on Cayman Island (NA-016)
between Apr 21 and May 6. They will sign ZF2ZB in SSB/CW/RTTY/PSK31
on 160m-6m. Unfortunately QSLs only direct via Garry Fisher,K9WZB.

3B7 - ST BRANDON ISLANDS, AF-015
Rachid,3B8FQ, made some 1.500 QSOs (all in CW) from St. Brandon in
February. He installed meteorological equipment on the island and had
only little time for our hobby. Rachid will stay on Rodrigues in July
and will show up as 3B9FQ from there. QSLs are already mailed by his
QSL manager K5XK but his address has not been updated in all databases:
K5XK, Ron Evans, 2 Pembroke Drive, Bella Vista, AR 72715-8823, USA.

3V - TUNISIA
The scout special event station TS1LYMC (the suffix stands for "I Love
You My Country") can be found working in CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK and SSTV
on 80m-10m from Apr 12-30.
QSL cards via TS1LYMC, 33 Rue Plaine Lune Borj Louzir, Ariana,
2073 Tunis, Tunisia.

ITALY, SPECIAL EVENT STATION, EU-025
The Sicilian Rotary Club "Siracusa Monti Climiti" is going to celebrate
the 141th birthday of Paul Harris, founder of the "Rotary International
Club". Adriano,IT9CCB, will be active as IO9ROTA on 20m, 15m and 40m
between Apr 19 and May 19.

NORWAY, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
Several members of the Gardermoen radioclub will be active as LN2G in
SSB, RTTY and PSK31 mostly on 40m/20m from the Norwegian Ham meeting
on Apr 17-19. QSL via LA2G.

POLAND, SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS
Eleven special event stations will be QRV during the international
"World Amateur Radio Day" (on Apr 18 as initiated by the IARU) from
Apr 16-19: 3Z0WARD, 3Z2009WARD, HF2009WARD, HF84WARD, HF9WARD, SN0WARD,
SN2009WARD, SP0WARD, SP2009WARD, SQ0WARD and SQ2009WARD.
All QSLs via SP2FAP.
The Polish radio journal "MK QTC" supports these activities with the

SILENT KEYS: During the devastating earthquakes in central Italy 285 people
lost their lives including two daughters of the wellknown DXer IK6SNR:
Genny (24 years old) and Giusy (22 years). The DXNL team expresses
its condolences to our reader Lucio and his family. Unfortunately our
DX friends Theodor Flick (DL1BO), Will L. Pounds (K7ROK),
Donald W. Jones (N4TN), Alex Desmeules (VE2AFC), Charles Alter (W9UC)
and William Hamer (ZL2CD) passed away also.

G3KMA has confirmed the validity of the 2008 9L0W DXpedition to AF-037 for
the IOTA award. Karl,DK2WV, has already started sending out the QSLs.
Roland,DJ4LK, writes that all QSOs until Nov 2 were made from the
mainland of Sierra Leone. The team was QRV from Banana Island (AF-037)
from Nov 3-10, 2008. Two different QSLs are used for confirmation.
